Regenerative management in the application

From knowledge to action - regenerative innovation workshop

In times of multiple crises, regenerative management becomes particularly challenging for companies that want to implement circular approaches - because raw material shortages, volatile sales markets and acute crises often distract from long-term transformation. This is precisely why a regenerative approach can help to strengthen a company's own resilience and build entrepreneurial stability from within.

Exciting solutions were presented in the first webinar „Regenerative management for the circular economy“ - but the feedback clearly showed that many would like to see more interactivity and answers on how they can implement these elements in their own environment.

This is exactly where the „Regenerative Innovation Workshop“ comes in: We offer an interactive online learning space, moderated and supported by experts who are already successfully helping companies to implement regenerative approaches. This is where the paradigm shift occurs - from „knowledge about regenerative business models“ to personal transformation paths that make ecological, social and economic sense.

Together we illuminate:

  • How regenerative logic can change the way you think and act.
  • Your personal challenges and how you can tackle them with regenerative steps.
  • What are the concrete next steps for implementing regenerative action and management in your own environment?
  • How you can involve others on your way to a regenerative economy - and how the investment pays off.

Why take part?
Because knowledge alone is not enough - implementation requires space for reflection, exchange on further steps, the development of options for action in addition to expert input. You go home with clear next steps for your organisation, a stronger understanding of your role and options for follow-up activities. This workshop makes transformation tangible and shows: We are shapers of a regenerative future.
