Workshop "ESG, sustainability & circular economy"

Workshop "ESG, Sustainability & Circular Economy" (Module 1 of 8)

The module

How are ESG, the circular economy and the current global challenges connected? Which trends, regulations and strategies will determine the rules of the game for companies in the future? And above all: where are the concrete opportunities to utilise sustainability not just as a duty, but as a competitive advantage?

This first module is the first in an eight-part series of workshops - and is deliberately designed as an intensive "crash course". In one day, you will receive the compact overview that managers need to confidently categorise and strategically anchor ESG and the circular economy in the corporate context.

Contents & questions of the day

  • ESG, sustainability & circular economy - Why all this? Current drivers from the climate crisis to customer wishes and legal requirements
  • Regulatory overview - EU taxonomy, CSRD & circular economy strategies.
  • Principles & schools of thought of the circular economy - and what they mean for business models.
  • Best practices from the field - Success stories from various industries.
