Online Roundtable: Managing resources in a cycle - from consumption to use

In future, it will be important to preserve the resources used for as long as possible, i.e. improve and repair products to maximise their lifespan or develop take-back strategies to give products a second life. The current draft of the Austrian circular economy strategy sets an ambitious target path for this: By 2050, the current material footprint of our economy must be reduced by 80%. We will discuss with committed experts from companies, science, administration and management consultancy how companies can still be successful with only one fifth of their previous resource consumption, how business models can be transformed along the value chains and what framework conditions are needed for this.

Together with our circle of experts we will discuss how the transformation to a circular economy can be supported by circular resources.
