The Systems Change Compass was developed by the Club of Rome and SYSTEMIQ on behalf of the European Commission and serves as a roadmap for companies for a systemic implementation of the European Green Deal. It is in the interest of economic actors to be prepared for the regulatory implementation measures of the Green Deal and the associated integration of sustainability and, if possible, to be ahead of them. The necessary changes within and outside the organisation should be initiated as quickly as possible in order to be able to use the resulting benefits strategically or proactively instead of having to act reactively.
