Circular business models and their development: Innovation opportunities for companies , development strategies and implementation of circular business models.

Learn in this online seminar, from 15 February 2022 with 102 participantsThe programme will show which innovation opportunities arise for companies, what they need to consider during development and which examples of approaches have already proven successful.

A key area in the EU action plan to promote the circular economy is the development of new services and business models to make them the new standard in Europe. Sustainable and circular business models for reuse, repair and sharing are to be strengthened in future, as are service-orientated business models to increase resource efficiency.

The lecturers:

• Marlene Johler is managing director of MindXa consulting firm for circular economy and has 10 years of experience in M&A, venture capital, consulting, entrepreneurship and circular economy in Europe, Africa and Asia.
  It supports companies in their first steps towards a circular economy and explains how companies can identify opportunities to benefit from the transition to circular business models.

• Verena Judmayer is Co-Founder and Chief Dream Officer at Sleepifyan early-stage circular economy start-up from Vienna.
  Sleepify is rethinking mattresses and revolutionising the mattress market with its digital and eco-friendly mattress management solution for hotels. With a business background and experience in the innovation and start-up industry, Verena is responsible for the development of the circular product/service solution and for building partnerships at Sleepify. She reports from the field on entrepreneurial opportunities, challenges and the necessary collaborations.
