Green Energy Lab themed workshop: Circular economy in energy systems of the future

In mid-July 2021 Green Energy Lab organise a thematic field workshop on each of the four key topics of the 4th "Showcase Energy Region" call for proposals. The topic "Circular Economy in Energy Systems" is planned for the second thematic workshop on 13 July 2021.

In the first part of the themed workshop, the Green Energy Lab will present the main topic and the experiences of existing Green Energy Lab projects as a basis for joint brainstorming. Werner Kössler from the Circular Economy Forum Austria has been invited as a guest speaker to present current challenges, potentials and inspiring examples of best practice:

• Circular economy to achieve climate targets
• Circular economy in the energy industry
• Use cases and good practice
