Christopher Kronenberg

Christopher Kronenberg holds the City of Vienna Endowed Professorship for Business Models and Value Creation at the University of Applied Sciences of the BFI Vienna and strengthens the Circular Economy Forum Austria as Advisor for Sustainable Business Models.

Christopher has many years of experience in knowledge transfer between universities and practice and supports start-ups and established companies in designing the transformation to sustainable business models, in particular those based on the principles of the circular economy.

In contrast to other concepts, Christopher sees immense economic and social potential in the circular economy, which offers the opportunity for fair and sustainable development.

The development and implementation of business models that take the circular economy into account is not only essential for future innovation and competitiveness, but also for achieving climate targets. The prerequisite for this is a basic understanding of systemic interrelationships and regenerative economic cycles - the diversity of the people and organisations involved in the Circular Economy Forum Austria means that these necessary skills and perspectives can be covered.
