From the jacket to the bag

This case study describes how the company re:flair upcycles old uniform jackets for a waste disposal company. Instead of disposing of them, re:flair analyses materials and develops a sustainable concept: the jackets are used to make bags as employee gifts. The project is implemented effectively through analyses, awareness-raising and close cooperation with the HR and marketing departments. The initiative not only promotes sustainability, but also creates a positive PR effect.
