CIRCULAR ECONOMY FORUM AUSTRIA, together with WIEN ENERGIE and CEOs FOR FUTURE, invites you to the CIRCULAR MOVIE NIGHT on 09.05.2023 from 17:00 for the screening of the internationally acclaimed documentary film "Matter out of Place" at the STADTKINO at the Künstlerhaus, 1010 Viennafilm. In this film, Austrian director Nikolaus Geyrhalter shows our rubbish and the people who are trying to get rid of it - without many words, in impressive images.
In a regenerative circular economy, there is virtually no waste or rubbish, only "residual materials" that are fed back into the cycle. This sounds utopian to most people because we lack the experience and images of such a way of living and doing business.
We will therefore precede the film with a discussion with director Nikolaus Geyrhalter and proponents from business, politics and the media, and discuss the topic "FUTURE IMAGE CIRCULAR ECONOMY - What methods, images and narratives are needed for transformation?".
The Stadtkino sees itself as a meeting place, a place of discovery, discussion and engagement with the medium of film for all generations and therefore offers the ideal setting for the event and the joint conclusion at the "Aperitivo Circulare".
