Scenario thinking for the ideal future strategy: In this online seminar, you will learn about the scenario process and find out how such a process works in an organisation.

The scenario process is a suitable strategic tool for this - a method that can be used to reliably and sustainably eliminate uncertainty and develop a clear plan for the future. By analysing different scenarios, it is possible to develop a clear strategy for the transition to a "Circular Future".
