October 2025 marks the start of the project funded by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Regions and Water Management (BMLUK) „Circular economy team“. The aim is to support municipalities and regions throughout Austria in implementing specific circular economy measures - from circular procurement and repair and reuse initiatives to regional programmes for reuse, repair and shared use.
The project makes a significant contribution to the implementation of the Austrian circular economy strategy and strengthens municipalities as key players in resource conservation, regional resilience and local value creation.
Our offer for municipalities
From 2025 to 2029, municipalities will have access to a comprehensive, practical programme:
The aim is to strengthen existing activities, promote regional cooperation and make tried-and-tested solutions available across the board. Content and services will be rolled out successively from the beginning of 2026.
